Refurbished iPhone delivery checklist for UK buyers

Inspect a refurbished iPhone soon after it arrives. Your order and seller terms are the reference for what you bought; the category's tracked entry price does not describe the delivered configuration.

Match the order

  • The full model name and storage capacity.
  • The colour and condition you selected.
  • The battery option shown on the invoice.
  • Accessories explicitly included with the offer.

Check access and basic functions

Confirm you can set up the phone without another person's account preventing access. Check charging, touch response, buttons, cameras, speakers, microphone, wireless connections and your mobile connection. Note anything you cannot verify.

Record a mismatch promptly

Keep the packaging and invoice. Take clear photos of relevant damage or messages and describe the problem through the seller's support channel. Keep copies of your correspondence and follow the supplied return instructions.

Consult the right reference

Read the order's return and warranty terms alongside the official UK consumer guidance. A cosmetic concern, a change of mind and a faulty device can require different handling. Price Radar records prices and cannot process a return or decide a claim.
