Refurbished iPhone warranty and UK consumer rights
Read both the seller's commercial terms and your consumer rights. A price history helps assess an amount; it cannot determine how a fault or return will be handled.

Check the commercial promise
When checked on 5 October 2026, Back Market UK's quality page advertised a one-year warranty and free 30-day returns. Verify the applicable terms and exclusions on the offer before ordering; Price Radar does not provide that warranty.
A warranty does not replace statutory rights
GOV.UK explains that customers can have rights to remedies for faulty goods even without a warranty. Do not interpret the end of a commercial warranty as automatically ending every consumer right.
Cancellation and faults are different questions
For ordinary online purchases, GOV.UK describes notifying the seller of cancellation within 14 days of receipt, then another 14 days to return the item. Faulty goods involve separate rights and remedies. Consult the official guidance for your situation rather than relying on a brief product label.
Keep evidence from the purchase
- The invoice and seller identity.
- The selected model, capacity, condition and battery option.
- The terms supplied with the order.
- Dated photos and messages if a problem needs to be reported.
