What we process

Browsing the site requires no account. Personal data only exists when you send a price alert, a product suggestion, a problem report or a contact message.

• Price alerts: email address, chosen model, target price and the time of your consent.
• Product suggestions: the requested product, an optional link, your message and — if you provide one — an email address.
• Reports and contact: the content of your message, plus your email address when you ask for a reply.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used only to send the alert you asked for, review a suggestion, check a reported problem or answer your message. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or sold to anyone.

Price alerts rest on your consent. Other requests you initiate are handled to answer them, and on the legitimate interest of running a reliable service.

How long we keep it

• Alerts: until you unsubscribe, and at most 24 months without being triggered.
• Product suggestions: up to 12 months after review.
• Reports and contact messages: up to 12 months after our reply.

Recipients and security

Only the person operating the service has access. Data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. An email provider limited to that single purpose may be involved in delivery; nothing is ever shared for advertising.

The connection is encrypted over HTTPS, access to the data is restricted, and email addresses are never displayed publicly.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to contact@priceradar.live.

You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority competent for your country of residence.
